Prestige Estates Projects Ltd launches three residential housing projects during the April–June quarter, as part of its expansion plans amid continued demand in multiple Indian cities. According to company statements shared across outlets, the projects are located in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Mumbai. The company estimates the combined revenue potential from these three residential projects at ₹12,000 crore.
In an operational update, Prestige also reports that its total launched projects include both residential and a commercial offering. Out of four projects with a combined developable area of 20.16 million square feet, three are residential properties in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Mumbai. A separate commercial project with a developable area of 3 million square feet is reported in Bengaluru.
The company’s updates frame the launches as part of its growth momentum, with the chairman and managing director Irfan Razack indicating that additional major launches are planned across other markets, including Mumbai, NCR, Bengaluru and Chennai, during the festive season.
