The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) destroys about 330,000 kilogrammes of illicit drugs in Lagos in a court-ordered exercise, with an estimated street value of about N301 billion. Multiple outlets report the destruction occurs at Navy Town, Ojo, following authorisation linked to Federal High Court orders.

The drugs reportedly include cocaine, heroin, cannabis, methamphetamine, tramadol and other opioids. Outlets say the consignments come from concluded cases and abandoned consignments taken out of circulation.
