Pride Hotels is accelerating its growth and is preparing to launch an initial public offering (IPO) estimated at around ₹1,000 crore by December, according to reports. The company says its expansion pipeline is expanding its hotel footprint while it also plans to raise funds for operations and asset upgrades.
Currently, Pride Hotels operates 40 properties—eight owned hotels and 32 managed properties. It has opened nine hotels in the past 12 months, with its latest property in Indore. Across the next 18 months to two years, the company expects to add another 32 hotels under signed agreements, taking its portfolio to around 72 properties.
Outlets also describe the IPO process and intended use of proceeds. The company filed draft papers with SEBI in October 2025 and received regulatory approval in January 2026. The proposed offering includes a fresh issue of about ₹260 crore and an offer for sale of up to 3.92 crore shares by promoters. Sources note proceeds are intended for renovating existing hotels, repaying debt, and general corporate purposes, while rising energy costs and licensing requirements remain key challenges.
