Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Porsche AG enter a five-year strategic technology agreement worth €1.25 billion, aimed at industrialising artificial intelligence across Porsche’s engineering, manufacturing, operations, and customer experience. The partnership also supports Porsche’s enterprise transformation programme and includes work on next-generation automotive technology services and software-defined mobility platforms.

Multiple outlets also report that TCS is acquiring Porsche-owned MHP for about €320 million (The Hindu) or the equivalent in US dollars (Times of India). Both TCS and MHP-related details are framed as part of the same overall arrangement: the Porsche partnership is set to become effective from the closing of the MHP acquisition. TCS filings, as cited by the reports, do not break out how responsibilities or revenues are divided between TCS and MHP, nor do they provide annual contract values, milestone schedules, or expected financial contributions.

Outlets largely agree on the deal size, duration, and AI-focused scope, while differing mainly in how they present the MHP purchase price and contract value in euros versus dollars. TCS also informs stock exchanges under SEBI listing regulations about the strategic agreement.
