Anker is launching the MindBase, a new local AI “hub” for smart homes that aims to coordinate devices and security products through one system. Multiple outlets describe the MindBase as running AI on-device for tasks such as event evaluation and automating responses, rather than relying solely on cloud processing.
The Verge and other coverage emphasize that the hub ties into Anker’s Eufy security ecosystem, including cameras and doorbells, and that its on-device approach is intended to process video events without footage leaving the home.
