Patriot Resources is ramping up exploration at its Tassa project in Peru, focusing on a roughly 3-kilometre silver corridor. The company says first samples are sent to the laboratory, following maiden sampling, and that a larger exploration program is now underway.
Patriot’s stated goal is to expand its existing resource estimate of 31.4 million ounces of silver equivalent. Across the reports, the emphasis is on taking early field results through lab work and then using that information to guide subsequent drilling and related activities along the target corridor.
While the outlets largely agree on the start of the expanded push and the resource-growth objective, they differ slightly in how they describe the immediate status of fieldwork. Some reports focus on the exploration program being kicked off after samples go to the lab, while others highlight that initial sampling has been completed and the next stage is now in progress. All frame the work as part of an effort to test and extend mineralization at Tassa.
