Marvel’s new series or project *VisionQuest* brings back Raza Hamidmi al-Wazar, a villain who last appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2008’s *Iron Man*, the franchise’s first film. The character has been absent from MCU stories for about 18 years.
Both outlets frame the return as a notable surprise, emphasizing that Raza is associated with the Ten Rings. While the two accounts align on the character and the timeline, they differ slightly in wording: one describes his full name, and the other highlights him as the MCU’s “oldest” villain. Neither source provides additional plot details beyond the fact of the character’s comeback.
Overall, the focus is on the character’s re-emergence after a long gap in MCU continuity and the significance of tying the return to the Ten Rings.
