The National Testing Agency (NTA) is closing the CSIR UGC NET June 2026 online application process for registered candidates today. Multiple outlets report that the final registration deadline is 11:50 PM on June 19, with applications submitted through the official portal csirnet.nta.nic.in. Fee payment is also reported to remain open until June 20 (up to 11:50 PM). NTA is running a separate, one-time application correction window for eligible candidates, which opens on June 22, 2026 and closes at 11:50 PM on June 23, according to the outlets. Candidates can edit only permitted fields as specified by NTA, typically by logging in with their application number and password and submitting a revised form before the deadline. Outlets also note NTA’s warning that changing certain details—such as category and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)—may require paying an additional fee if it increases the application fee. Any excess previously paid fees are not refunded. The CSIR UGC NET June 2026 exam is scheduled for July 17 and 18, 2026, in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.
