An Anambra State High Court sitting in Awka sentences native doctor Onyebuchi Okocha, popularly known as “Onyeze Jesus,” to six years in prison for misleading the public with claims of supernatural powers. Accounts agree that the case follows Okocha’s arrest during a security crackdown in February 2025, connected to content that promoted wealth through unlawful spiritual means. According to reports, the court finds him guilty of misleading the public through those claims.
