The awards also cite “Captain Miller” for Best Film Promoting National and Social Values. Several outlets report additional wins for “Article 370,” including a total of three awards, with Sashwat Sachdev receiving the Background Music honour. “Pushpa: The Rule Part-02” is also reported to win two awards. The nominations and winners are announced by officials of India’s Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, with the central jury chairman Jayaraj making the announcements.
