A small plane crashes into shallow waters next to a remote coastal town in Alaska, killing all four people aboard on Wednesday, according to multiple reports.
Officials with the Alaska Department of Public Safety and Alaska State Troopers say the aircraft went down in coastal waters and was completely submerged, with the response focused on recovery. The Hindu reports troopers are able to remove the bodies of four adults from the plane; the remains are sent to the medical examiner’s office. Names are not released until next of kin are notified.
