Deepa Jewellers Ltd sets an IPO price band of ₹168 to ₹177 per share. Multiple outlets report the company’s ₹460 crore public offering will open for subscription on September 1 and conclude on September 3. Anchor investor bidding is scheduled for August 31.
The issue structure is consistent across reports. The IPO includes a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹250 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of over 1.18 crore equity shares. At the upper end of the price band, the total issue size is reported to be around ₹460 crore, with post-issue implied market capitalisation estimated at roughly ₹1,700 crore.
Outlets also align on participation and listing details. The offering reserves 50% for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), 15% for non-institutional investors and 35% for retail investors. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on both BSE and NSE on September 8, with book-running lead managers reported as Emkay Global Financial Services and Valmiki Leela Capital and Bigshare Services as registrar to the issue.
