Japan-listed company Remixpoint sells its remaining holdings in several altcoins, shifting its crypto strategy to Bitcoin only. According to reports, the firm liquidates positions in assets including ETH, SOL, XRP and DOGE, removing them from its portfolio.
Cointelegraph and The Block both report that the company completes the sale and is left with about 1,506 BTC. The Block says the Bitcoin position is now its only cryptocurrency holding and is valued at roughly $115 million. Cointelegraph reports the trades generate a net gain of $736,000, after selling about $5.5 million worth across the listed altcoins.
The outlets largely align on the direction and outcome of the strategy change—exiting all altcoins and concentrating on Bitcoin—while differing slightly in emphasis. Cointelegraph highlights the reported net gain from the sales; The Block focuses more on the size and valuation of the remaining Bitcoin exposure and the “bitcoin-only” nature of the portfolio.
