Prasol Chemicals’ initial public offering (IPO) opens for subscription on 8 September and runs until 10 September, according to reporting. The IPO is a ₹500 crore share sale priced in a band of ₹643 to ₹676 per share. The issue includes a fresh equity component of ₹80 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹420 crore.
