Apple announces that, in more than 100 countries, paid iCloud+ subscriptions now include access to Apple TV and Apple Arcade at no extra charge. Apple also introduces “Apple Music Select,” which provides ad-free, Apple-curated music stations in the Apple Music app, but does not include the full Apple Music subscription. Outlets also report that iCloud+ replaces standalone Apple TV and Apple Arcade subscriptions in included countries: Apple stops selling those standalone plans, cancels existing standalone subscriptions as customers transition, and says access is maintained during the change.
