Reports identify Finneas, Lukas Graham, and Aaron Rowe as among the acts that depart. Rowe explains in an Instagram post that he cannot “stand by” while those he describes as speaking up are silenced, citing what he frames as Israeli actions and the killing of children. Other outlets similarly describe the departures as connected to Macklemore’s dismissal and to a pressure campaign over the remarks, including language such as “Free Palestine.”
Some coverage also notes that Sheeran’s backing band, Beoga, says it will no longer travel with him.
