Taiwanese solar floating component supplier Suntoward Tech Philippine Inc. plans to start production in the Philippines in early 2027. Multiple outlets report that the company will produce floating photovoltaic (PV) components, including floats and related items such as walkways and mooring components.
The company’s planned local manufacturing footprint includes facilities in Luzon, with one report specifying Pampanga and also mentioning Batangas. AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) is cited as providing leased facilities for Suntoward’s operations, with ALLHC describing the arrangement as securing more than 3,800 square meters of gross space for the tenant. Outlets differ mainly in how they describe the component scope and the precise locations covered, but they broadly agree on the company, the manufacturing purpose, and the target start timeframe in early 2027.
