Craig Revel Horwood, a judge on *Strictly Come Dancing*, is set to star as Mother Superior in a UK and Ireland tour of the stage musical *Sister Act*. Outlets report that he has embraced the role, including staging-related preparations and a transformation for the part ahead of the tour.
The coverage also places the announcement in context by noting Horwood’s prior involvement with *Sister Act*. The Independent reports he previously directed and choreographed a UK tour of the musical in 2015. Other outlets similarly frame this new tour appearance as a continuation of his relationship with the production.
Across the reports, the main points are consistent: Horwood is joining the cast of *Sister Act* on tour in the lead convent role, and his selection is linked to earlier creative work on the show. None of the sources provide additional details beyond the planned tour and his casting, such as dates or supporting cast.
