Cyberpunk TCG will release a new set titled “Edgerunners: Burn Bright,” based on the anime “Edgerunners,” with a planned launch in spring 2027. IGN reports an exclusive first look that includes cards for Maine and Falco, plus an all-new rarity tier tied to the set.
Across outlets, the focus is on how the “Edgerunners” material will be integrated into the card game. Kotaku describes the game as Kickstarter-funded and says it has an Edgerunners set, highlighting a separate timing expectation that the set arrives next year. Polygon adds a different emphasis through its art reveal, saying it revisits a major “Edgerunners” tragedy and showcasing a heartbreaking scene from the anime.
While details and timing are presented slightly differently, all sources describe the same overall development: an Edgerunners-themed expansion for Cyberpunk TCG, with exclusive reveals and spring 2027 as the key launch window mentioned by two outlets.
