The San Francisco 49ers rule out several players for their Sunday game against the Atlanta Falcons, including receiver Mike Evans and defensive end Nick Bosa. Deebo Samuel Sr. is also listed among those not expected to play, along with additional personnel described as roughly half a dozen players.
Both outlets frame the update as a Week 7 injury/availability rundown, emphasizing that the 49ers will be short-handed for the Falcons game. ESPN also adds that quarterback Kirk may return, suggesting there is at least one notable change to the team’s expected lineup. Yahoo Sports focuses more generally on the number of players ruled out without the added return implication.
