Jay-Z brings out Blue Ivy Carter, John Legend, DJ Khaled and Scarface during the first of two Los Angeles shows at SoFi Stadium, according to multiple entertainment outlets. The guest appearances occur on opening night in Inglewood, California, as the rapper continues his live run.
Billboard and The Hollywood Reporter both highlight the “night one” setting at SoFi Stadium and frame the surprise guest lineup as part of Jay-Z’s return to L.A. Variety similarly focuses on the first of two nights, adding performance context around how Jay-Z introduces “Empire State of Mind” and brings the audience through moments from earlier in the show.
Across the reports, the core details match: Blue Ivy and John Legend appear, DJ Khaled is also present, and Scarface joins as a special guest for the Los Angeles opening-night set. The outlets differ mainly in how they describe the show’s timing (for example, “night one” versus “first of two nights”) and whether they provide additional narrative detail about Jay-Z’s on-stage remarks and song transitions.
