Police are searching for missing 63-year-old Tom Allan, who was last seen at Westmains Farm in Stonehouse, South Lanarkshire, on October 23. Outlets report that officers are urging local residents to help by checking sheds and outbuildings on or near the property.
Coverage links the search to Storm Boelo, with at least one outlet stating the public appeal is issued during the storm. Across the reports, the core facts—Allan’s age, his last known location, the missing-person status, and the request to search outbuildings—are consistent. The wording differs mainly in how prominently the storm and the “check sheds” message are highlighted.
