Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell provides an update on linebacker Jack Campbell, saying Campbell is improving, according to reports from two outlets. The comments come as Campbell is discussed during Lions media availability.
The Athletic reports Campbell’s status update is delivered on the radio Tuesday morning, framing it as a direct coaching assessment. Yahoo Sports says Campbell speaks about Jack Campbell at today’s presser, emphasizing the setting of the remarks within the team’s regular news cycle.
Across both sources, the shared focus is Campbell’s progress and the coaching message delivered to the public, with the main difference being where the comments are made—radio versus the press conference.
