Apple reintroduces a redesigned Apple Health app in the first iOS 27.3 developer beta after it briefly appeared and then disappeared from earlier testing builds. The update follows the app’s debut in September, when Apple Intelligence–powered changes were shown to testers and then pulled from the iOS 27.2 beta without an explanation.

Across the reporting, the iOS 27.3 Health app adds new navigation areas such as Insights and Longevity, along with updated ways to view health and fitness metrics. The Insights tab surfaces recent data including Activity Rings, heart rate, sleep score, and other vitals, and it uses Apple Intelligence for “Personal Guidance” based on health data and user goals. Apple Watch integrations are expanded with items like readiness scoring in the Insights experience. The Longevity tab evaluates health trends over time using multiple categories and includes a “Health Age” feature, which draws on data such as resting heart rate, VO2 max, and HRV, and may incorporate lab information later.

Outlets differ mainly in how much technical and feature detail they list, with some focusing on the app returning after removal, and others emphasizing specific new tabs, metrics, and language support.
