A new trailer for *The Angry Birds Movie 3* reveals a surprise cameo by *Sonic the Hedgehog*. Across the outlets, the character appears briefly in the trailer, and the reports describe fan reaction as immediate or notable, with Sonic’s recognizable look and movement highlighted.
The coverage frames the cameo as an unexpected crossover moment rather than a major story development. ComingSoon.net points to a specific timestamp in the trailer when Sonic appears, while IGN All and Kotaku keep the description more general, focusing on the cameo and Sonic’s appearance alongside other characters shown in the preview.
Overall, the sources agree that Sonic is included in the latest trailer for the upcoming 2026 *Angry Birds* installment, and that the moment is brief. Differences are mainly in how much detail is provided about the clip (including where it appears) rather than in what the cameo is.
