Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) says it will acquire 100% of Netherlands-based liquid storage operator Evos B.V. in an all-cash deal valued at an enterprise value of €2.56 billion. Multiple outlets report the acquisition is from Igneo Infrastructure Partners and is subject to regulatory approvals and works council consultation. Several also note the equity value of €1.18 billion and an acquisition multiple of 11.7 times CY25 EV/EBITDA.

Evos’s scale and financial performance feature across coverage. Outlets cite Evos calendar-year 2025 revenue of €392 million and EBITDA of €219 million, indicating a 56% EBITDA margin. Business Line and others add that Evos runs eight port-based terminals across countries including the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Belgium and Malta, with facilities in European hubs such as the Amsterdam–Rotterdam–Antwerp region, Hamburg and the Mediterranean. APSEZ says it plans to use debt funding and frame the purchase as part of expanding its global integrated transport and liquid storage footprint.

While most reports align on the deal size, structure, and Evos’s basic operations, some differ in emphasis: NDTV and Business Line foreground deal valuation and Evos’s financials; The Hindu highlights the geographical locations; Free Press Journal includes additional deal-multiple and post-deal net-debt-to-EBITDA expectations.
