Two van drivers die following a collision in Tullamore, Co Offaly, according to reports from multiple Irish outlets. The incidents are described as a crash involving two vans, with victims reported as two drivers and, in one account, a man and a woman.
Several outlets say emergency services respond to the crash, and at least one report indicates Gardaí are seeking witnesses. The reporting is otherwise largely consistent in location (Tullamore/Co Offaly) and the overall outcome (fatalities for both drivers), with limited variation in detail beyond how the victims are characterised and whether witness information is foregrounded.
Across the coverage, the core facts remain the same: a two-van collision occurs in Offaly, and both drivers are reported to have died. Differences mainly concern wording and emphasis, rather than substantially different circumstances.
