IIM Ranchi’s Induction 2026 continues for the incoming cohorts of MBA, MBA-HRM, MBA-BA, and PhD programmes across Days 3 and 4, featuring talks and interactive sessions with academics, industry leaders, and institutional representatives. Day 3 highlights include guidance on leadership and management education in an AI-driven world, including an emphasis on AI literacy, data-driven decision-making, and ethical leadership, along with the importance of human-centric skills such as communication and collaboration. Speakers also address professional adaptability and resilience, encouraging students to build strong foundations, expand beyond comfort zones, and treat setbacks as part of growth. The induction also covers internationalization efforts, including an overview of the Student Exchange Programme (STEP), the process and academic requirements, and planned activities from the institute’s International Relations Office.

On Day 4, sessions focus on global accreditation and institutional membership, career development and lifelong learning, and professional ethics. Students hear about the role of international accreditation as a quality benchmark and about developing a “manager mindset” through engagement and networking. Additional orientation sessions cover anti-ragging and the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) framework, along with classroom etiquette and academic procedures.
