Authorities in Bengaluru arrest a woman and her live-in partner after an alleged triple murder in a Seegehalli apartment. Multiple outlets report that the accused attacked her parents and her sister, resulting in several stab injuries and deaths. The reports say the killings are linked to a financial dispute involving about ₹30 lakh that the woman reportedly had in unpaid bank loans, which allegedly became a central issue between her and her father.
The accused reportedly keep their relationship secret, and after the attack they flee the apartment. According to accounts cited across the reports, the father makes a dying declaration in which he identifies his daughter and her partner and refers to the loan dispute, while also expressing a desire for his daughter to return home.
Following the incident, police trace the suspects and arrest them in Pondicherry. The cases are under investigation, including verification of the statements attributed to the father and the circumstances leading to the fatal attack.
