Ucom is introducing the “Space 1.0” educational program in 15 schools across Armenia, according to reports from PanArmenian.net and Aravot. The initiative focuses on expanding access to technology-related learning by bringing space engineering concepts into school settings. Ucom’s General Director, Ralph Yirikian, says the company views the development of technological education as strategically important. He adds that Ucom values projects that give students not only theoretical knowledge but also practical, hands-on experience to help them understand how modern technologies work. In describing the program, Aravot and PanArmenian.net present “Space 1.0” as designed to make space engineering more accessible and engaging for students and applicable to the Armenian school environment. The coverage highlights Ucom’s support as the main driver of the rollout across the selected schools, with the program aimed at strengthening students’ engagement with contemporary technology through real-world learning activities.
