On July 1, 2026, GomSpace announces it has signed an additional contract with Unseenlabs to deliver two new CubeSats. The agreement expands Unseenlabs’ service capacity by building on the current generation of cube satellites already in orbit. The contract is reported as worth 24.4 million SEK, and it follows an existing relationship between the companies related to Unseenlabs’ satellite constellation.
According to the release, Unseenlabs is extending its constellation of cube satellites and uses additional launches and satellite deliveries to increase coverage and service capabilities. GomSpace’s role in the contract is to supply the two CubeSats, which are intended to be integrated into the constellation’s existing framework rather than replacing it.
The announcement frames the deal as a capacity expansion tied to Unseenlabs’ ongoing deployment plans, with both companies positioning the new CubeSats as part of the continuing growth of the in-orbit system.
