DLF Ltd reports that its Chairman and whole-time director, Rajiv Singh, receives ₹44.06 crore as remuneration for fiscal year 2025-26, up 20% from ₹36.65 crore in 2024-25, according to the company’s latest annual report. Sources state that ₹41.74 crore of Rajiv Singh’s total remuneration is paid in the form of commission. The reports also list remuneration details for DLF’s senior managing directors. Ashok Kumar Tyagi, who serves as Managing Director, is paid ₹15.30 crore in 2025-26, an increase of 8% from ₹14.16 crore in the previous fiscal year, with ₹5.45 crore described as commission. Devinder Singh, another Managing Director, is reported to receive ₹17.52 crore in 2025-26, up 24% from ₹14.16 crore in 2024-25, with ₹7.68 crore in commission form. The sources note that Tyagi and Devinder Singh became managing directors effective August 4, 2023.
