According to the reports, the U.S. seeks access to Ukrainian drone technology and related intellectual property, including opportunities for testing Ukrainian platforms and electronic warfare capabilities. Discussions also build on Ukraine’s experience after drones developed or used by Ukrainian forces reportedly helped counter Iranian-designed Shahed drones during the war involving Iran.
