A separate report says Haimovich resigns following an investigation into alleged misuse of Microsoft Azure cloud services by the Israeli Ministry of Defense. That report characterizes the findings as involving ethical breaches and insufficient transparency, and it adds that earlier reporting about Unit 8200’s surveillance activities could affect future contract renewals. The second report also states that Microsoft Israel is placed under management in Microsoft France after the leadership change.
