Hasselblad announces that Phocus Mobile is now available on Android, adding support for its photo workflow on mobile devices. The app—now released as Phocus Mobile V1.0.0 for Android—brings an end-to-end experience tied to Hasselblad’s Natural Color Solution (HNCS). According to reports, Phocus Mobile for Android works with several Hasselblad camera models, including the X2D II, X2D 100C, and 907X, as well as the 907X & CFV 100C system configuration.
The Android version is described as offering review, editing, organizing, and exporting tools within the same mobile environment. Hasselblad’s HNCS experience is highlighted as including AI-powered noise reduction, along with an editing suite and photo management features. With the Android launch, Hasselblad extends the app’s availability that had previously been offered on iOS, positioning the mobile software as a cross-platform companion for compatible cameras.
Both outlets characterize the release as a long-awaited Android addition, emphasizing camera compatibility and the app’s color and editing capabilities rather than introducing a fundamentally new feature set.
