Nintendo updates its Nintendo Music library for Nintendo Switch Online subscribers with additional tracks from Donkey Kong Bananza. Multiple outlets report that this week’s release adds the game’s soundtrack to the service in a large batch, bringing the total to 229 tracks. The added audio content is described as taking 8 hours and 36 minutes to play through. Nintendo says the library includes tracks for the various Bananza transformations, indicating the music is organized around in-game versions and progression.

One source notes that last year Nintendo Music included only a selection of songs from the soundtrack, and subscribers were previously missing parts of the full score. The current update is presented as expanding what is available, while also reflecting Nintendo’s approach to timing releases due to concerns about spoilers. Nintendo also prompts players who have not completed the game to use the platform’s “spoiler block” feature, implying some music tracks may reveal elements of the story or gameplay. The update is delivered through the Nintendo Switch Online app’s Nintendo Music section.
