An entrepreneur, Adekoya Ibukunoluwa, also referred to as Monisola, has demanded N100 million in damages from Sandra Edoho, the estranged wife of broadcaster Frank Edoho, over alleged defamatory Instagram posts. The claim is set out in a memorandum of claim dated July 17, 2026, signed by lawyer Festus Ogun of FOLEGAL. The legal document says the dispute involves posts allegedly published on Sandra’s Instagram account, “vivibella_designs.”
According to the allegations, Adekoya met Frank Edoho in October 2023 at Hardrock Café in Lekki, Lagos, where they exchanged contacts. The memorandum alleges that in November 2023 Sandra impersonated her husband on WhatsApp and invited Adekoya to their home in Victoria Garden City, with an offer of N10 million, after which Adekoya was allegedly picked up by someone posing as Frank’s brother and locked in a room. Frank reportedly woke up and apologised, as described in the claim.
The memorandum further alleges that after a marital crisis in May 2026, Sandra posted Adekoya’s photograph, private WhatsApp conversations, and a video, portraying her as one of several women involved with Frank. Adekoya says the posts went viral, damaged her reputation, and subjected her to cyberbullying. She is seeking retraction, apology, an injunction, and court declarations, with a proposed settlement involving deletion of posts, an apology, and N20 million.
