Odion rejects the allegations, saying the claims amount to a “statement of frustration.” He maintains that he remains the legitimate chairman, citing court rulings that he says nullify his expulsion and uphold his leadership. The dispute is described as part of a leadership crisis involving rival factions within the Edo ADC, with both sides trading competing accounts of authority and legality.
