Warren Spector’s stealth game Thick as Thieves is set to launch on 20 May, with publishers and developer Otherside Entertainment sharing launch pricing and details about its structure. Multiple outlets report that the game has shifted from a PvP PvE approach to a more traditional single-player and co-operative format focused on stealth.
At launch, Thick as Thieves is described as an “introductory campaign,” presented as a relatively short experience. Rock Paper Shotgun says it includes 16 missions across two maps, offering at least around four hours of sneaking, along with six unlockable gear pieces. Eurogamer similarly highlights the planned release window and low cost, noting the price is $4.99/€4.99/£4.99, which both outlets characterize as unusually low.
Otherside Entertainment frames the release as the start of a larger plan, indicating the current campaign is intended to expand over time through future content that broadens the setting and its stories.
