A cabin crew member says she was raped by a cab driver while travelling to Hyderabad airport on July 20. According to reports, the incident occurs near the airport at or around an isolated construction site. The victim later makes a complaint to police, who register a rape case and begin an investigation.

Police arrest the accused driver after taking action on information linked to the complaint.
