Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting is set to acquire TTK Healthcare’s home care brands Good Home and EVA for ₹256 crore, according to multiple reports. The deal is described as a move to strengthen Wipro’s home care and personal care portfolio and expand its presence in categories supported by ongoing consumer demand. A joint statement and a regulatory filing from Chennai-based TTK Healthcare indicate that Wipro’s FMCG business has signed definitive agreements. TTK Healthcare expects the transaction to close by September 30, 2026, subject to customary conditions precedent, and states that the consideration comprises ₹256 crore plus applicable GST.

Both sources also note that Good Home and EVA are already established within TTK Healthcare’s portfolio and together generated combined revenue of ₹148 crore in FY26. Good Home is characterised as a home care brand covering products such as air care and odour removers, while EVA focuses on personal care items including deodorants and body sprays, among others.

Wipro’s leadership frames the acquisition as its continued strategy of adding brands to drive growth in relevant consumer segments, while TTK Healthcare positions Wipro as well placed to scale the brands going forward.
