Anthropic launches “Claude for Small Business,” a new package aimed at automating common tasks for small and mid-sized companies. The offering includes ready-to-run agentic workflows and reusable “skills,” along with connectors to widely used software. Anthropic says the workflows cover areas such as payroll planning, month-end close, business performance monitoring, and marketing campaign management. The included skills target functions including cash-flow forecasting, invoice chasing, contract review, lead triage, and content strategy.

The product also provides integrations with platforms such as QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, DocuSign, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and others. Users begin by installing a plug-in for Claude CoWork, Anthropic’s desktop automation tool.

Alongside the launch, Anthropic introduces a free on-demand “AI fluency” training course co-developed with PayPal for small business owners, and the company plans a U.S. tour of free workshops through the end of June. Each workshop participant receives one month of Claude Max subscription access. Anthropic frames the effort as addressing a gap in AI tooling designed for smaller businesses rather than enterprises.
