More than a dozen Indian companies are preparing to launch initial public offerings (IPOs) next month, with the expected total fundraising exceeding Rs 25,000 crore, according to multiple reports. The planned issuances include Zepto, which is expected to raise up to Rs 8,010 crore via a fresh share issue and an offer for sale (OFS) of equity shares. Truhome Finance is also slated for an IPO of about Rs 3,000 crore, with a mix of fresh issuance and OFS. Elevate Campuses is reported to plan a Rs 2,550 crore issue through a fresh offering. Shiprocket has filed for an IPO estimated at Rs 2,342.35 crore, comprising both a fresh issue and an OFS. Other companies cited as preparing for listings include Innovatiview India, Milky Mist Dairy Food, Dhoot Transmission, ARCIL, Ardee Industries, Gaja Alternative Asset Management, Rays of Belief, Hy-Tech Engineers, Shankesh Jewellers, and Learnfluence Education. Reports attribute the rush to improving investor sentiment and market conditions, as well as renewed plans by companies that had previously delayed IPOs.
