Master Chains N Jewels Ltd has filed preliminary IPO papers with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The company, which designs, manufactures and sells gold jewellery and also provides job-work services, plans to raise up to ₹400 crore through a fresh issue of equity shares. In addition to the primary fundraise, the draft documents indicate an offer for sale by promoter Taruna Madan Kothari of up to 59.06 lakh equity shares. Under this structure, proceeds from the fresh issue are intended for the company’s working capital requirements and general corporate purposes, while proceeds from the offer for sale are meant for the selling shareholder. The IPO is at the draft stage and will proceed only after SEBI reviews and issues observations. The company’s filings also mention it serves customers across India through a wholesale distribution network and its manufacturing facilities. Master Chains N Jewels operates two manufacturing units at Kala Chowki in Mumbai with a combined area of about 6,870 sq ft and a stated installed annual capacity of around 4,972.90 kg as of March 2026. Systematix Corporate Services is named as the sole book-running lead manager, and Bigshare Services is the registrar for the offer.
