Radico Khaitan reports higher consolidated earnings for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27, with profit rising year-on-year alongside increased revenue. For the quarter ended 30 June 2026, the company posts consolidated net profit of ₹229.60 crore, up from ₹130.52 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. Consolidated revenue from operations increases to ₹5,867.69 crore, compared with ₹5,313.52 crore a year earlier, while total consolidated income is ₹5,869.46 crore versus ₹5,314.57 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Total consolidated expenses for the quarter are ₹5,571.65 crore, up from ₹5,133.54 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal year. Employee benefits expense is ₹68.42 crore. Basic earnings per share (EPS) rises to ₹17.15 from ₹9.75, and diluted EPS increases to ₹17.14 from ₹9.74.
NDTV also reports improvement in operating metrics, citing EBITDA growth of 50.3% to ₹349 crore from ₹232.2 crore. The company’s results are reviewed by its Audit Committee and approved by the Board on 28 July 2026, with statutory auditors issuing an unmodified conclusion.
