V-Guard Industries Ltd reports that its consolidated net profit rises to ₹130.25 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, up from ₹73.85 crore in the same quarter last year. The company’s consolidated revenue from operations increases to ₹1,810.65 crore, reflecting growth year-on-year. Total consolidated income for the quarter is reported at ₹1,822.33 crore, compared with ₹1,471.33 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year, while total expenses rise to ₹1,650.46 crore from ₹1,373.07 crore. Earnings per share also increases, with consolidated basic EPS at ₹2.97 versus ₹1.69 in the year-ago quarter. In addition to the quarterly results, V-Guard’s Board approves the appointment of Mithun K Chittilappilly as Managing Director and Chairperson effective September 27, 2026, replacing Radha Unni, whose term as chairperson and independent director ends on September 26, 2026. The company also allots shares to employees following the exercise of stock options under its ESOS 2013 scheme.
