Dhanlaxmi Bank reports standalone net profit of ₹24.91 crore for the first quarter of FY 2026-27 (quarter ended 30 June 2026), up from ₹12.18 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. Total income for the quarter rises to ₹484.25 crore. The bank reports interest earned of ₹449.36 crore, with other income at ₹34.89 crore. Total expenses during the quarter are ₹432.80 crore, including interest expended of ₹271.74 crore and operating expenses of ₹161.06 crore. The bank reports operating profit before provisions and contingencies of ₹51.45 crore, with provisions (other than tax) and contingencies of ₹15.91 crore, leading to profit before tax of ₹35.54 crore.

On asset quality, Dhanlaxmi Bank states gross non-performing assets (NPAs) at ₹286.57 crore, or 1.82% of gross advances, and net NPAs at ₹72.61 crore, or 0.47% of net advances, as of 30 June 2026. It reports a provision coverage ratio (including technical write-offs) of 92.77%. The bank also states capital adequacy ratio (Basel III) at 19.19% for the same date. The Hindu additionally reports total business of ₹35,190 crore as of 30 June 2026, up from ₹29,051 crore a year earlier.
