Actor Ram Charan visits an Ayyappa Swamy temple in Coimbatore with his wife, Upasana Konidela, shortly after undergoing wrist surgery, according to multiple reports. The visit takes place on Tuesday, July 28, and photos of the couple offering prayers are shared on social media. Ram Charan is seen wearing an all-black outfit, with his right arm supported in a sling, while Upasana participates in the rituals. Reports also describe the couple feeding bananas to a cow during the temple visit.
The temple visit follows his discharge from Ganga Hospital, where he underwent surgery for a wrist injury sustained during the shooting of his upcoming film *Peddi*. The surgery is described as successful, with doctors advising a structured rehabilitation programme and around eight weeks of rest before returning to work. The reports note that international hand and wrist specialist Dr Alejandro Badia from Miami joins the surgical team, alongside doctors at Ganga Hospital.
Sources add that Ram Charan is expected to resume film shoots only after receiving medical clearance.
