The company frames the update as a shift away from users switching among separate AI applications, positioning the new interface as one place for consumers and organizations to access Copilot features.
Both outlets report that the super app is planned to launch later this year. Nadella also describes it as covering “both consumer and commercial experiences,” suggesting Microsoft intends to support individual users as well as business use cases. The reporting emphasizes that Copilot is evolving beyond chat into broader workflow assistance, including agent-like actions, and that Microsoft is unifying these capabilities under the Copilot umbrella.
