The decision is described as closing another step in a continuing legal dispute between Golden Crust Bakeries (Private) Limited, which trades as Eat n’ Lick, and Chemwayi. The Supreme Court’s assessment focuses on the viability of the company’s appeal, rather than an additional merits review, and leaves the existing outcome regarding the dismissal in place.
